For wineries and tasting rooms using Commerce7, this connects reservation operations with the customer, club, and order context teams already manage in Commerce7.
The goal is straightforward: help hospitality teams recognize guests, understand relevant customer context, and run service with fewer disconnected tools.
Customers can add CoverCount as an application from within their Commerce7 portal. Once CoverCount is added, CoverCount sends an email to the Commerce7 administrator inviting them to configure their CoverCount environment.
After configuration, CoverCount displays a guest's Commerce7 summary with every reservation, giving hosts useful customer context as they prepare for service.
Commerce7-connected environments can also create member-only events or club-member-specific event pricing. When a guest registers, CoverCount verifies membership status against the current Commerce7 club member lists.
