Every booking is checked against the actual shape of your floor — experiences, party-size duration rules, join-group combinations, and the seats your tables can actually hold. If a reservation can't fit, the widget won't offer it.

Waitlist
Two-way SMS waitlist that works itself.
When a table opens up that matches a waiting party's size, CoverCount texts them automatically. They reply YES, you seat them. No reply inside your window, it moves on to the next party on the list — nobody hangs around the host stand.
Deposits & policy
Protect your best slots without scaring off guests.
Require a deposit on the reservations that matter — peak slots, tasting menus, large parties. Stripe Connect handles the money end-to-end. Cancellation windows are tenant-configurable; late cancels and no-shows forfeit automatically so staff don't have to chase.

Rooms, sections, and servers.
A drag-and-drop editor for rooms (spaces), sections within them, and tables. Map servers to sections or run a round-robin. The live floor view is readable from across the room during service.

Communications
Confirmations, reminders, and replies that thread.
Two-way SMS over Twilio and HTML email over Amazon SES. Templates are per-venue with safe placeholder allowlists. When a guest replies YES, CANCEL, or just asks a question, it threads back to the reservation with the right context.
